Overlooking the San Elijo Lagoon, this coastal mid-century home was reimagined in close collaboration with SK7 Designs. Custom millwork runs throughout, giving each room a tailored, architectural calm.
The house moves easily between inside and out. An open-air kitchen and a covered dining room extend the living spaces toward the view, while a sculpted bar and a moody botanical retreat bring a sense of evening to the interior.
Every room, from the entry to the wine room and the powder room, was considered as part of one continuous story.
