Elevated interiors, seamlessly managed from concept to completion.
Anne Flynn
Anne Flynn designs homes from the architecture inward. Her Solana Beach studio is deliberately small, so every project is led by Anne herself, from the first walk-through to the final installation.
She works closely with homeowners, architects and builders across North San Diego County, translating the structure and light of each house into rooms that feel calm, personal and complete. The work ranges from a single kitchen to a whole house above the San Elijo Lagoon.
Beyond the drawings, Anne sources and purchases the furniture, textiles, art and objects that finish a home, so the design you approved is the one that arrives.
How Anne works
-
Architecture first
Interiors are treated as an extension of the house itself, shaped by its structure, its circulation and the way light moves through each room.
-
Designed around you
There is no house style. Every home is planned around the people who live in it: how they gather, cook, rest and entertain.
-
Seen through to the end
Anne stays involved through construction, resolving details on site so the finished rooms hold true to the original design.
-
A trusted circle
Close collaboration with architects, builders and artisans means every detail is executed with precision.
